I've always wondered whether Cambrian Road is pronounced 'cam-bree-an' like the mountains and the geological period or 'cam-bryan' like I've always called it?
According to the 'Critic at the Council', a column in the South Wales Argus in 1894, who took it upon themselves to write a long poem, it was being called 'cam-bryan' shortly after, or since, it opened.
